THE ESSENCE OF THE FUNCTION.

  • The Project Manager manages projects (mainly technical - System Administration and Development).

  • He carries out the follow-up and the preparation of the various meetings.

  • It ensures the availability of resources and manages the risk assessment.

  • It offers qualitative visibility to the Team Manager and to the various parties (internal and external).

CANDIDATE REQUIRED CAPABILITIES.

  • Bachelor's degree (3 years) in management sciences, master's degree (+2 years) in project management or experience to be claimed as equivalence

  • Customer orientation

  • Team spirit

  • Good communication skills (oral and written)

  • Sense of responsibility

  • Autonomy

  • Sense of organization

  • Versatility

  • Ability to motivate your troops

  • Stress resistance

THE TASKS (NON-EXHAUSTIVE LIST).

  • Realization of planning and organization

  • Composition of the team with the competent hierarchy

  • Selection, coordination and control of subcontractors

  • Regular reporting of the project situation

  • In connection with the Sales Expert, management of the commercial relationship with the principal

  • Compliance with quality and safety rules

  • Design the installation relating to the products or processes, based on R&D projects

  • Bring together the managers of the departments concerned (R&D, production, etc.)

  • Define project specifications in a technical file with process-product consistency

  • Research and select suppliers and materials, according to predefined specifications

  • Have specific preliminary studies carried out if necessary

  • Define the conditions (technical, time, financial) of installation in specifications taking into account specific production constraints.

  • Have the business consultation file (call for tenders) drawn up by the engineering firm

  • Endorse payments according to the conditions provided for in the contracts 

  • Ensure the acceptance of the works by comparing the reality with the forecast

THE ROLES.

  • Designer: you develop a work plan

  • Controller: you monitor whether the schedule is respected

  • Speaker: you chair meetings and make presentations

  • Coach: you motivate and advise people

  • Expert: you know the project branch inside out

  • Risk manager: you monitor risks and think of alternatives if things don't go as planned

THE CANDIDATE'S REQUIRED ABILITIES.

Baccalaureate (3 years) in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

WORK CONDITIONS.

  • Fluency in spoken and written Dutch

  • A command of oral and written English

  • Passion for computers and new technologies

  • Ability to take the lead in proposing an attack plan against aliens

  • Analytical mind and self-study

THE PROPOSED CONTRACT.

  • 1 - Permanent contract

  • 2 - Salary according to the profile of the candidate (years of study, experience, etc.) 

  • 3 - Meal vouchers
